So, you guessed it, we waited within the line, tried to maintain calm and hopeful that someone would make it proper in the lengthy run. My husband also tried to talk to Caesar’s Rewards, , and so they solely identified what the supervisor looked like so we might ask to speak to her once we made to the entrance of the line.

The “complaint call” obtained by way of to somebody, the subsequent day about 24 hours later and offered us a $50 food credit score to any of their Caesar’s owned eating places. WHAT A JOKE. Of course upon checkout, there wasn’t a real particular person to meet with and we could not chance lacking our flights over one other disappointing customer service expertise, so we have been pressured to used the self kiosk to examine out. We will NEVER suggest the Flamingo to anyone for anything. We respect you taking the time to offer your suggestions, Lisa. Your feedback have been shared with the suitable team for his or her input and attention. We worth your patronage and hope to look ahead to welcoming you back.
Not The Most Effective – Flamingo Las Vegas Resort & On Line Casino
We are planning a giant group trip (12-14) in March. I am coordinating it and was recommending to the others we keep on the Flamingo because of its location and my good experiences there in the past. Instead, we are going to keep elsewhere (Harrah’s, New York, etc) similar in price however much cleaner and not in such a state of dis-repair. Next time we are going to keep at a sister-property like Harrah’s or the Linq. Something similar in price however wanting significantly better. Until some modifications occur, I is not going to advocate this place to anyone. I did discover that a variety of the buttons int he hallways for the elevators didn’t work.
